That is a corrupted software file that does not complete execution.Some software that had been installed onto the tungsten shortly before the problem occurred my have created a problem.If you have a recent backup before the problem ocurred, then you can reinstall the backup.Otherwise try deleting the files installed shortly before the problem started.Also delete SMS files.To see recently installed files you can check file attribute using a catalog application: Palm App Catalog.If that does not fix the problem , then you may need a complete Palm system setup.
