In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following: Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything". Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else. Now click the Clear now button. Further information can be found in the Clear your cache, history and other personal information in Firefox article. Did this fix your problems? It suggests that the video may be being updated currently and to try later, but this occurs on all vidoes (non HTML5). I have tried to re-install various times to get the latest version in 32 bit and 64 bit under IE10 on Win 7 ultimate 64 bit. However, Chrome plays all videos perfectly. So it is just the installation of IE and Adobe. Disabling Shockwave does allow a video to play, but not more than one. I have seen some reports of similar problems and the support tack seems to be to re-install, clear out cache etc, which I assure you I have done several times, and checked for viruses etc. However, one of the posts led me to try something. As this is a new computer without a sound system plugged in (yet) one of the posts seem to imply that Flash would fail if no sound device was connected. So I plugged in a set of headphones and tried again. Lo and behold this seems to work (only tried it once so far) and pulling the headphones seems to stop the video after a short while. So could one of the staff members check this out and report back please? If true, how bizarre!!Shockwave 12.0.4r144 IE10.0.10 AMD HD 6450 Flashplayer 11.9.900.117 Win 7 64 bit.My first ever post so Hopefully obeying the rules of good posting.
