Worked on it last week with no problems. Today I can't get the tabbed interactions to save in Ppt correctly and it throws off a 404 error when I try to do a preview. Any thoughts? Reply Quote Flag Mark as Helpful (0) Bookmark Ashley Terwilliger Staff over 1 year ago01/30/15 at 8:20 pm (UTC) Hi Rob, Do you know what version of Flash you have installed on your system? If you've got Flash 16 installed and you downloaded and installed the update - I'd next suggest going through the repair to ensure everything is a clean install. Reply Quote Flag Mark as Helpful (0) Bookmark Rob Portnoy over 1 year ago01/30/15 at 9:04 pm (UTC) Hi Ashley, The problem I'm experiencing is that Flash won't install. It hangs on the install window. When I try to run Presenter 13 and do a Preview, I get a message that indicates I need to intall Flash to run with Presenter 13 and an link to go to a download page at adobe.com. When I do so, I get to step 2 of the install procees when a black window opens that supposedly shows that Flash is installing, but nothing happens.
