Login ITSS Knowledge Base Dashboard>ITSS Knowledge Base>Outlook Shared Calendar Error Error Message on Shared Calendars : "No Free/Busy Information Could Be Retrieved" Summary When accessing another users shared calendar, the delegate https://wiki.csuchico.edu/confluence/display/help/Outlook+Shared+Calendar+Error may notice a certain point in the future (~2 months) in which all https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/horde-error-retrieving-freebusy-url.66755/ days for the other user have white backslashes through them. Putting cursor over any one of the days renders the error message "No free/busy information could be retrieved." This is due to an issue in the owners settings in which they have their calendar set to only publish a certain number of future months free busy information. Resolution This must be done in the Calendar owner's account. 1. Tools menu 2. Options 3. From the Preferences tab select Calendar Options 4. In the bottom right of the Calendar Options window choose the button Free/Busy Options 5. Change the "Publish __ month(s) of Calendar free/busy information on the server" to something like 12 6.
