However, my problem is different from other questions and answers. My HP 1200 powers up normally and will print a good test page. After the printer has sat idle for about 20 mins the 3 solid lights appear. I have reseated the four cables as per HP website. But that did not resolve the issue. Close the PH latch and close all the doors.4. Plug the Power cable into printer(only).You should see the printhead and ink icons light.5. Open the ink door and insert the black ink cartridge.6. Closed the Ink door.7. Repeat step 5 -7 until all ink cartridges are inserted.You should see only the PH icon light on and the color lights on.8. Insert the Cyan PH and close all the doors.9.
