Just a week ago the start button, low paper and low ink lights began to flash and E comes up. I've done nothing different in its use and I wondered what could have happened and what I can do. Now it will not scan. It copies off the computer, even with the E light on, but as I said, it will no longer scan and print. Hi Janet,you can try the soft reset (unplugging) as indicated below, but it may be your scanner/print function has failed.They just break way too often....Sorry for the bad news.. this is your only option... but since you had the E appear, trythe print cartridge check below also...CarlPS:: service the product means fix it, but its usually cheaper to buy another one....Issue: On, Paper, and Print Cartridge lights are blinking NOTE: In some instances of this error, all the lights blink.
