I bought brand new color and black ink cartridges for the F4280. After removing the protective tape and making sure there was ink/color inside, I inserted into the printer correctly. The problem is that the printer's ink levels display empty (Orange blinking light). After removing the protective tape and making sure there was ink/color inside, I inserted into the printer correctly. The problem is that the printer's ink levels display empty (Orange blinking light). I have followed all troubleshooting steps (cleaning it, reinstalling drivers, unplug and plug it in after 5 minutes). When I only put in the color cartridge, and leave the black ink cartridge out, the printer works correctly, showing a full color cartridge level (and it actually printed a page without black). But when I insert the black ink cartridge too, the ink levels blink empty, even for the color cartridge too.
