Occasionally (about 20-30% of the times) when I tried to boot up my laptop, it will give the attached screen error within 3-5 seconds after powering https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/27429021/2100-HDD0-Hard-disk-drive-initialization-error-1-Thinkpad-can't-boot-up.html up my X61 Usually I would power it off & power on & it would be able to boot up on Win XP Professional SP3 again.
