Current retail versions of McAfee do not support Windows 7 and as Virus Scan programs are generally very OS specific, any retail version will most likely not install or update. McAfee is currently only supporting Windows 7 with its Total Care 2009 Beta which can be found here: http://beta.mcafee.com/BetaMcAfee/Home.aspx?
