Basically to add a little bit of extra security the mysql error is hidden and stored in a text file for later review. When ever you encounter this error and are reporting it. It's always a good idea to go into your forums/cache/ folder and find a file like this sql_error_log_##_##_##.cgi (replacing ##_##_## for month_day_year). Yesterday, if I did a search on it and clicked on the link for that specific forum through Google, it would just say "IPS Service Error." But I was able to get around it by going to the Accuweather forums main page and clicking the link on there.
