This discussion is locked ChkRazr Level 1 (7 points) Q: Mac iTunes won't open; error 13010 Running the newly itunes 10 error 13010 mac updated iTunes on my Mac; the one with Genius support (not sure itunes error 13019 if I actually like that feature or not); anyway, I was in the midst of synching with my iPod itunes download shuffle when my Mac indicated that I needed to hold down the "Power" key, which I did. Upon restarting, however, the Mac seems to be running okay but now my iTunes

First I had a kernel panic while an iPod touch was connected, during a retrieval of Genius data from the iTunes store. Then I saw the error message you reported whenever I launched iTunes, and the application would quit. Suggestions welcome.
