1 Verified Solution 4 Comments 1,405 Views Last Modified: 2012-06-27 I have a Color KM3130 that allows scanning to email addresses. There are Indexes listed in the printer (1 thru 6) that hold email addresses. I would like to add a couple to an empty or partially empty index and cannot figure out how to do it locally on the printer. I have kyocera km 3035 default admin password a Kyocera Scanner Address editor program on my PC but I cannot connect to this printer due to what it calls a "Protocol Error". I have the correct Admin password and IP address. For me the fix was realizing that the copier has two network interfaces.. one for the scanner and one for the printer. Ping the printer from your computer and see if you get any replies. 2. Have a look at printer's adminstration page to see if any settings are not accurate. 3.
