told its a fuser error and I need to try resetting it first then probably replace? Select 'Maintenance mode', then press 'enter'. Enter '163' using the up/down keys, then press 'enter'. Turn machine off to exit Maintenance mode. C6000 indicates fuser did not come up to temp in the allotted time; you 'may' have a bad heater lamp if code reappears. Good luck......... Following both ottoman23 and KyoDoc 's suggestions, plus an extra scroll down after the last enter to "activate", then "enter", then turn off etc. Now all OK.
