error 81000306 tandljSeptember 30th, 2006, 03:16 PMFor no reason we can work out, suddenly we can't access MSM Messenger and error 81000306 is produced. We have tried all the suggestions on the Windows Live Messenger help and support sites as well as ensured that the Zonealarm program permission settings are as recommended (ie 'Trusted' and 'Allow' for all permissions, including server). On the Administrator account, shutting down Zonealarm allowed MSN Messenger to work normally. However, on normal user accounts, shutting down Zonealarm made no difference: it still didn't work. Any suggestions to fix this would be most welcome!
