Mq Reason Code 2053
The customer reported the following 2 errors when using MQ Explorer v6 & v7 with Queue-sharing mq error code 2035 Groups: . 1) After creating a new cluster queue the explorer pops up with the message: 'Command failed (AMQ4056)'. Then you try again and it says: 'Object already https://www.imwuc.org/blog/ibm-websphere-mq-reason-code-list-/-mq-reason-codes-/-websphere-mq-error-codes-/-mq-error-messages exists (AMQ4069). The latter is true, becauce it seems to us that everything works fine after the first message. The queue is there, but it is not refreshed towards the explorer. 2) Deleting a cluster queue using MQ explorer returns the message: 'An unexpected error (3228) had occurred (AMQ4999). Refreshing the list of queues will show http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1PM02552 that the queue has been deleted.. This phenomena does not happen on non-cluster queues. . In sum, we found that when creating a shared cluster queue in the QSG via an MQSC command, the operation succeeds and all the members of the QSG publish the queue to the cluster. . However, when the equivalent PCF command is used (created by the WMQ Explorer), the WMQ Explorer reports a 4056 error. The queue is still created within the QSG, but it is not published to the cluster, despite being marked as a cluster queue when examined. A similar error occurs when deleting a shared cluster queue in a QSG. You are not authorized to perform this operation. Explanation: The queue manager’s security mq error code mechanism has indicated that the userid associated with this request is not authorized to access the object. The Remote Administration connection is initiated by a user on a Windows machine and the user is attempting to connect to a remote queue manager, so it can remotely administer MQ objects. The attempt is failing because the initiator user ID does not have the authority to access one or more objects on the remote system. Most common cause: The Windows user ID: not defined on the remote machine not defined correctly (case matters) longer that 12 characters (restriction in some OS environments) does not have enough authority to access remote objects Diagnostic hints and tips: The easiest way to resolve this problem is to make the Windows user ID a super user on the local and remote systems. The user should have full authority and access to all MQ objects on the remote system. Make this user a member of the "mqm" group in the OS environments that have an "mqm" group defined. Additional information: Ensure that you have satisfied the following requirements before trying to use the WebSphere MQ Explorer to do remote administration. Verify that: The WebS
