AMQ9503 AMQ9526 AMQ4036 Access not permitted. You are not authorized to perform this operation. Explanation: The queue manager’s security mechanism has indicated that the userid associated with this request is not authorized to access the object. The Remote Administration connection is initiated by a user on a Windows machine and the user is attempting to connect to a remote queue manager, so it can remotely administer MQ objects. The attempt is failing because the initiator user ID does not have the authority to access one or more objects on the remote system. Most common cause: The Windows user ID: not defined on the remote machine not defined correctly (case matters) longer that 12 characters (restriction in some OS environments) does not have enough authority to access remote objects Diagnostic hints and tips: The easiest way to resolve this problem is to make the Windows user ID a super user on the local and remote systems. The user should have full authority and access to all MQ objects on the remote system. Make this user a member of the

Even in this case we need to log these errors in the error log. http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21265188 It is for this reason the AMQ6109, AMQ6183 and AMQ6184 are hard coded in a 'C' file. Then this hard coded value in English is taken from the C file and printed to the log file. This does not cause any problem to the normal operation of MQ and you can ignore this behavior and continue to use MQ. Resolving the problem http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21143310 In cases where error messages need to be written to the log while MQ is executing inside an exception handler the message text will be written in English. The change where MQ shows the messages AMQ6184, AMQ6183, and AMQ6109 in English for MQ 5.3 and later was deliberate. In order to get these messages from the message catalog MQ has to malloc a buffer. Calling malloc from within a signal handler is a bad idea , and very often causes hangs (for example, If the cause of the exception (SEGV) occurred because someone tried to free a NULL pointer). An alternative solution would be to pre-allocate the buffer for the message when the thread starts, however the catopen function is very likely to make a call to malloc so that would not be a solution either. The only other option would be to retrieve the translated version of these 3 messages every time a program starts and that would be a huge impact on performance, so it is not practical. The reason this is implemented at MQ V5.3 and later is to improve
