First off, what device are you connecting with so we are all clear here. Also are you getting the error "13001" or the error "13100" for clarifcation. Do you see any other details in of the error? If it's error 13001 try a couple things. 1. Verify that the TIME is correct on your device. If the time is not correct, uninstall Netflix, fix your time, reboot and reinstall Netflix. 2. Try disabling WIFI and using only your cell data connection if you aren't already. 3. Verify your device connection by running a speed test. Make sure it's up to snuff. If none of this works report back. Share Share this post on Digg Del.icio.us Technorati Twitter Reply With Quote 10-10-201203:05 AM #4 jslade28 Junior Member

I don't get the message on my computer though. All the info I have found online seems to be useless, as none of the suggestions have worked for me. Based on http://www.androidtablets.net/threads/there-is-a-problem-connecting-to-netflix-please-try-again-later-13001.56014/ other forums it's an issue Netflix will fix eventually. reply Grips on Thu, 05/09/2013 - 7:10am Same here, it's been 2 days, Netflix on all my devices: iPhone, iPad, iPod, ps3 apple tv reply Tim on netflix error Thu, 05/09/2013 - 7:39am So here is a twist, i can get Netflix service at work on my phone but still not at home. What kind of wireless router is every one using? Could that be the problem? I have a Dlink dir815 at home reply Tim on Thu, 05/09/2013 - 2:34pm Ok, i unplugged everything and shut down my ipad. I then reconnected the modem first, wait until all the lights are date and time on with full connectivity then the router, again wait for the lights, then turn on the ipad. Everything is fine again on both the phone and ipad. Cheers! reply mike on Mon, 06/03/2013 - 4:24am I have been receiving this message for three months now. I have contacted Netflix and they have no idea what error message 13001 is or how to fix it. Good luck with your devices I was a subscriber for 4 years after all my devices went down with error 13001 I unsubscribed reply Antonel on Sat, 07/13/2013 - 5:35pm You get this error because the date or time on your device is not correct. Netflix worked for me like a charm as soon as I corrected the hour (my tablet was 1/2 hour behind). reply nat on Fri, 09/13/2013 - 10:16am This cured the problem. Maybe you did some research and found this same Netflix website, but if not, take a look. It looks like lots of people are having the same problem and also looks like the problem has been going on for months. It looks like it only happens to some Android devices. They are "working on it." I haven't experienced it yet and hope I never do. Hi mate, I sorted it I think. What I did was I cancelled my streaming plan and disconnected devices. I then renewed the streaming plan (within 5 mins) and I then opened the app on my Tablet whilst logged into Netflix on my Laptop and fingers crossed it is working. I hope it stays working obviously but it is pretty temperamental I will keep you posted Woozers Mar 18, 2013 #4 frapshake Senior Me
