I've preformed a factory reset multiple times. After a reset, the Roku comes up on 4.0.1006. When I try to perform an upgrade, it goes all the way through, reloads, and then never comes back up. When I eventually pull the power to bring it back up, it's still on 4.0.1006, with the same problems accessing the channel store and Netflix.Network connectivity is flawless. I'm on cable, the wireless router is about ten feet away, signal is always strong and Internet connectivity check always succeeds. It's connected to the TV via HDMI and running at 720P. I've deleted my roku.com account, created a new one, and performed the factory reset all over again. I've removed the power for over 30 seconds. Not sure if it's relevant, but after a factory reset, the software update server always points to beta.
