I find it in that state about every other day since I got it. I haven't found a way to reboot it without pulling the plug. The volume on my tv (using the co-star remote) still works, so I don't think its the remote not responding. Thanks again. I just recognized you were probably having the same problem I had starting out on my Logitech Revue. You will find that many glitches are system-wide. Glad it fixed it for ya. Someone who owns the Co-Star may be able to help you w/the unit specific problems you are having. Sounds like a heating problem. Look up W
the message "Cannot connect to Netflix. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please visit netflix.com/help on your computer" each time you try to use your Netflix disk to watch movies on your PS3, this http://www.simplehelp.net/2010/04/12/how-to-fix-the-error-cannot-connect-to-netflix-please-try-again-later-if-the-problem-persists-please-visit-netflix-comhelp-on-your-computer/ brief tutorial will show you the answer. Dec 24-25 2012 Update: Netflix appears to be having a system wide outage. None of the troubleshooting steps below will help at this moment - the problem is not on your end. Keep trying again until Netflix restores its service. NOTE: the first thing to check is the comment section below. Sometimes Netflix experiences a widespread outage - and even the steps in this tutorial will not netflix error resolve the problem. If you notice a large number of people leaving very recent comments saying ‘this didn't work' - it's because Netflix itself is experiencing an outage, and no troubleshooting you can do will resolve the problem. The rest of the time, follow the instructions outlined below (and it can't hurt to confirm them even if you think it's a problem on Netflix's side). It's actually quite simple, although I wish it was more netflix error code clearly explained on the Netflix Help Site. You need to adjust the time and date settings on your Playstation 3, Wii or other Netflix streaming device. To do this, select Settings from the Playstation 3 dashboard, and scroll down to Date and Time Settings. In my case, the year was off by one (2011 instead of 2010). From the Date and Time Settings menu, select Set via Internet. You should get a confirmation that the date and time set were completed. And the date and time will now be correct :). Now run the Netflix disc again - and this time the process will go through smoothly, and you'll be watching movies/TV shows in no time! If you're not using a PS3 and are experiencing this error, make sure the Time and Date settings on your device (Wii, Boxee Box etc) are set correctly. Aaron I can't believe I found the answer to the problem so quickly, thank you so much for posting this! You have got to be kidding me! Grass roots internet is the way of the future, there is so much information available at the stroke of a few keys. I just can't believe stupid Sony didn't post this info on their site. Their "help" section is a joke, it doesn't even list this as a possible problem
