Please try again later. If the problem persists please visit the Netflix website. (104) Follow the troubleshooting steps for your device below to resolve the issue. Apple TV Note: This error only occurs on Apple TV 2 and Apple TV 3. If you experience this error on Apple TV 4, please contact customer service. Refresh your Netflix login To refresh your login, simply sign out and back into the Netflix application. Note: If using the Apple remote application on an iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad, switch to the Apple TV remote to sign in Navigate to the main Netflix menu inside the application and click Logout. Click Yes to sign out. Launch the Netflix application again. Click Already a member? Sign in. Enter your Netflix e-mail and password to sign back. Powercycle your Apple TV Unplug your Apple TV and the TV it's connected to for at least 1 minute. Plug both devices back in. Turn both devices back on. Try Netflix again. Tried connecting trough wi-fi and ethernet. Found that home sharing doesn't work when atv2 is connected to my network through ethernet. Nothing worked. Any help would be appreciated. (112)" I've had this problem consistently lately and the weird part is Netflix on my iPhone and iPad -- on the same Wi-Fi network! -- work fine. It's only Apple TV that has the problem. And apparently I'm not alone. In my case I couldn't watch anything. A simple power cycle fixed it but some of the folks we've heard from still suffer the bug intermittently no matter what they do. Have you had Netflix refuse to perform on your Apple TV? Let us know what happened, and what if any fixes
