tip… my issue is with bootcamp. I've installed Windows 7 on a partition. Netflix plays fine when I'm in 10.5 but when I boot into Windows 7 I get the individualization error. Any idea how to resolve it within W7? For some reason IE will not let me add Netflix to the "Trusted sites" list too because of my corporate restrictions (Box is grayed out). Any other suggestions? Did you try the ‘delete all' button on the ‘Application Storage' tab in the Silverlight Properties menu? Your trusted sites may be dictated by your group policy if you are on a corporate network, which would mean that the administrator sets everyones ‘trusted sites.' It failed to play the video and threw an error that said: "Whoops, something went wrong… Digital Rights Management (DRM) Error. We're sorry, but there is a problem playing protected (DRM) content. The date on your computer is set to 12/17/2012, which may be incorrect. Please correct the date on your computer and try again." There was also an error code at the bottom that said "N8156-6013". The date and time were set just fine on my computer. So why would this message appears? Fortunately, this issue can be solved by clearing out some files. Just follow these steps. Show hidden files in your operating system. Windows 10 & 8 Windows 7 and Vista Windows XP Mac OS X Navigate to one of the paths below depending on your operating system: Windows 8, 7 and Vista: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\PlayReady Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\PlayReady Mac OS X: /Library/Application Support/Microsoft/PlayReady/ Delete the mspr.hds file from the PlayReady folder.
