I spoke with both Netflix and Apple support. Netflix had a "we are working on it" attitude but no suggestions. Apple was more interested in gathering details that offering any solutions; so I thought I would post all of my details here and see if there are any suggestions. I have the correct ITunes version, my internet connection and router both meet requirements. netflix error code I have a Lynksys router and my internet is with Comcast. I have never received this error when playing Netflix content on my Macbook or my IPhone.The error has been very inconsistent as to when and how it happens. Sometimes I am unable to access Netflix from the main menu screen while other times it happens when trying to access a category from the main Netflix menu. Most often it happens when trying to start or re start a movie. It has happened only when trying to start a previously watched movies but I can watch something new and vice versa.Per my call from Apple, I did hook my Apple TV directly up to my router and did eventually have the error then too. Only once has the program/movie I was watching stop and give me the error. That was the cringe worthy time that made me realize I needed to find some help. Every other feature on the Apple TV has worked fantastically and I have not reached the point of being sorry for the purchase.Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
