if anyone out there can help me but I posted a few hours ago and I know you guys (and Gals) are real busy out there. My Norton antivirus won't http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/archive/index.php/t-86085.html scan. I can perform a custom scan (manually selecting everything) in safe mode but being that its in safe mode it would'nt catch something thats running in the background b/c only the basics load http://en.comspider.com/q/Windows-2580/MSWORD.htm up in safe mode. Would it? I've tried several things but nothing seems to work. I got a weird error message in my system logs. See NMain has caused an error in 'asCOMPBR.dll' (http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nip.nsf/db7dbf37ab6d8b5085256eda0045925a/adcb6089728013c265256f2c007325cc?OpenDocument&src=bar_sch_nam) Yoda3114August 21st, 2005, 07:10 PMI understand that particular problem. Thanks so much. I appreciate you taking the time out to answer. However I still can't scan anything. I have no clue why this could be but I hope someone out there does. -----> To anyone thanks in advance!! AnnMarieAugust 22nd, 2005, 0
