Does the IP address my hostname is resolving to match my current public IP address? Login to your No-IP account and click Hosts/Redirects at the top left of the page. You will see a list of domains/hostnames that are associated with your account. Next to the hostname, you will see the IP address that we are no ip not working currently resolving to. You can verify that this is the correct IP address by visiting Port Check Tool. This website will show you your current public IP address. If the IP address does not match the one listed by your hostname, you will need to manually update it to get your service working again. How do I manually update my hostname in my No-IP account? To manually update the hostname, login to your No-IP account and click Hosts/Redirects at the top left of the page. Next to the hostname that you need to update click “Modify”. On the next page, under the Hostname Information window, you will see a location to change the IP address. Replace the IP address being shown with the IP address you received from Port Check Tool and click Update Host at the bottom right of the page.
