This means that for some actions, the installer file has been altered from its original form. If the install were to continue, the software install would not be complete and will be broken. Easy Solution
Move the installation file into another drive or at least the root drive i.e. C: mostly,Problem solved.

Contact the installer's author to obtain a new copy. More information at http://nsis.sf.net/NSIS_Error All files size looks to be normal, ca. 140-165MB, from here I tried both versions, i.e. with some languages and all languages. The file was downloaded to HDD from Chrome 20.0.1132.47, Win XP3. Many other files has been successfully downloaded and installed. If you clear your cache and try again and get the same thing, please let us know which mirror you downloaded from so we can get The Document Foundation to fix it. Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
