Active Directory Replication Troubleshooting
Directory Services Question 0 Sign in to vote One of my ntds replication 2089 win2k3 domain controller was found to have a replication problem . I noticed on the Directory Service ldap error 81 (server down) win32 err 58 eventlog, that there is a NTDS Replication Error of event id 2108 & 1084 and including NTDS ISAM (Database Page Cache Error) of event if 474. noticed that when i do the update on this dc it does not replicate changes to other dc. What is the safest way to resolve this problem/error? Note: I also check using replmon tool that all domain controllers w/c used to be replicating partner found at the domain partition (dc=domain,dc=com) are all tagged with X Below

For example, DNS problems or incorrect site configuration can cause Active Directory replication to fail.
