Please help! GARY WILLIAMS, Aug 14, 2012 #4 onlinenz Greylisted Joined: Mar 13, 2014 Messages: 1 Likes Received: 0 Hi folks. This is probably a simpler fix. It is probably caused by your spam folder being full on the server. To fix: login to your "webmail" account and select "spam" folder. select "all" and delete them. Close outlook and reopen it and your emails should start flowing again. It’s a limitation of outlook application. “Every .dbx file do not exceed more than 2 G Bytes” Moreover if file “inbox.dbx” is large more than that it’d be broken and can not receive mail as normally.
