If someone can help me please, because due to this problem from last 4 days i have already loosed 2 customers. Lastly please note that after i restart the server this problem is no there for some hours but then after sometime again it comes back... My guess is either permissions on the MailEnable "Queues>SMTP>Outgoing" folder or the "Messages" folder is missing from within the "outgoing" folder.
