Terminated prematurely I uninstalled outlook express/internet explorer/msn messenger last week because of other problems. I reinstalled. I would disable Critical Update from startup if you have Webhancer on your computer. Click here for details. 2. Disable load QM from startup. Don't need it. 3. Disable TkBellExe. If it comes back after disabling it delete the file evntsvc.exe. As it's an updated dll, don't restore it from your Windows CD
