We are running Exchange2007 on Server2003 Enterprise SP1. Any help on this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you Error - Outlook Web Access has encountered a Web browsing error. I'm not quite sure what the software does, but nothing is affected by uninstalling it. I believe the software comes together with Lenovo laptop which most people use in my company. Thanks, Jo. Go to run command then type iexplore -extoff and enter the inter explore will open with this text "Internet Explorer is currently outlook express running without add-ons" then right click on the pop up bar appear Internet Explorer is currently running without add-ons disabled.click here to manage disable or remove your addons. then click manage add outlook express web ons. A window will appear with this text message view and manage your internet explorer Add-ons then select RealNetworks,Inc. it will be enabled you just select and disable it.
