There are two different ones on ebay 3000 and 6000 page limit. I used the 3000 chip and the printer is working fine. This is why you are receiving the communication error and it wants you to power off and back on to try and solve this issue. Leave the USB cable connected and right-click on your printer icon and go down to Properties and open it up. Then click on the Ports tab and change the port from LPT1 to USB by placing a checkmark in the box beside the USB port and clicking Apply. Oh well - here is another one for which I am in hope someone has a solution. I am trying to print a few pages on my Konica-Minolta Pagepro 1350W Laser Printer. I am running WXP PRO SP2 on my PC. The printer box shows that printing is in progress, but the printer will not print. I don't think it is the printer because it prints normally. However, my problem is that when I delete (or cancel) the print 'job', the printer-window shows 'deleting', but it never happens. My only recourse has been to shut down and re-boot. When I do that, the printer window 'job' is gone as it should be. But this is getting tiring at best. Wouldn't be so bad, but it happens a lot. Anything I can do here? On my Win2K machine, there is "Administrative Tools" in the Control Panel folder. There is a shortcut called "Services" in there, or yo
