Member HowtoForge Supporter Crew, A few months ago I updated my server to Debian 7 (Wheezy). All went reasonably well. No problems. Now I want to add a new mailbox to an existing domain. The user has full access and can successfully log in to his mailbox using a mail application, using IMAP(S). When the same user tries to log in his webmail account het gets the error login failed. I've looked http://www.iredmail.org/forum/topic826-iredmail-support-unable-to-login-a-user-in-roundcube.html at the raw data in the databases and I cannot find the user in the roundcube database. Existing users/accounts are not impacted. I'm using these roundcube plugins: Code: $rcmail_config['plugins'] = array('jqueryui', 'ispconfig3_account', 'ispconfig3_autoreply', 'ispconfig3_autoselect', 'ispconfig3_pass', 'ispconfig3_spam', 'ispconfig3_fetchmail', 'ispconfig3_filter', 'ispconfig3_forward', 'ispconfig3_wblist'); This is what I read in my /var/log/roundcube/errors log: Code: [28-Nov-2013 16:25:09 +0100]: https://www.howtoforge.com/community/threads/new-user-cant-login-in-roundcube.64148/ DB Error: MDB2 Error: no such field Query: _doQuery: [Error message: Could not execute statement] [Last executed query: INSERT INTO users (created, last_login, username, mail_host, alias, language) VALUES (now(), now(), [emailprotected]', 'mail.ispconfigserver.com', '', 'en_US')] [Native code: 1054] [Native message: Unknown column 'alias' in 'field list'] in /usr/share/roundcube/program/include/rcube_mdb2.php on line 719 (POST /?_task=login&_action=login) [28-Nov-2013 16:25:09 +0100]: PHP Error: Failed to create new user in /usr/share/roundcube/program/include/rcube_user.php on line 510 (POST /?_task=login&_action=login) [28-Nov-2013 16:25:09 +0100]: PHP Error: Failed to create a user record.
