When the machine runs out of A4 during copy she asks to load paper in the cassette. If she's printing or faxing and runs out of paper the messge is one of the above. As this model (6 of them) is on a large corporate site full of thick educated pricks I need the message to be 'simple'. Is there a way of changing this???????????????? We can tape up the paper empty sensor so it will never display "Load Paper" and just jams when it runs out of paper. Would you like the message to specify a specific tray? I don't think it will do

To reset - Try this, enter "10871087" from keypad, You should now be in maintenance mode. Enter "163"press "Start / Print" key. You should see a screen that says "Execute". Cursor / highlight "Execute". Press "Start / Print key. The machine will turn off and should come back to ready. If not then you need to replace the fixing unit.
