Post authentication, I get error SSL 37, proxy could not connect to port 1494 with STA value. This is our setup 1.CAGs in DMZ (load-balanced via F5)---> Web servers in LAN. 2. Internal users are able to access application hosted on the new cloud server without any issues 3. Authentication happens at web interface, CAG forwards to web interface server 4. Verified ICA access control list & added new Citrix IP ranges in CAG 5. Able to telnet from internal web server to new cloud Citrix server via port 1494. XML port for my xenapp is 8080 which fails. However I don't think that is an issue as authentication works & app launches internally I thought the problem could be the port block between DMZ access gateway

If you aren't load IE proxy server goto tools -> internet options -> Connections and click on lan settings. Then unclick use proxy make sure the only thing clicked in automatically detect settings click ok. You can also get to Internet options through the control panel btw. After this I would make sure to get a copy of malwarebytes from malwarebytes.org and run that (its free you don't need to buy the paid version although I'm sure the company would like you to).
