I am really lost Reply ↓ Ricky February 26, 2010 at 2:00 pm What worked for me was entering my ISPs DNS server,to get it ypu need to get it from a computer that is connected to the internet on the same broadband connection. to get the dns ip address do the following: go to start -> Run -> type cmd press enter, when a blackbox comes up type nslookup and this will give you your dns ip address. - enter this IP in your PS3 when setting up a connection manually, once completed re-start ur ps3 then this should work. Post Reply Unable To Retrieve Data Error PS3 Ariuscayne 14180 cr points Send Message: 35 Offline Permalink Reply Quote Posted 5/13/14 So, the title says it all. I see that back in April this error cropped up, and it has again for me at least. I get no video listings, and "Unable To Retrieve Data" is displayed. Please help. I get that the PS3 app is in bad shape and always has been, but flat-out not working is pretty bad. I love crunchyroll, but the ps3 app is a huge pain. It works fine for roku in my bedroom, works good with small lag here and there on iPad, but ps3 I get average of 3-5 episodes before the whole app crashes, and now it won't even show anything in my queue. Seriously getting tired of it as I watch the majority on ps3.
