following error after I select the option of installing Database server."An internal error has occured on c:\windows\temp.ins. Unable to load insatallation instructions.Error no. 703"the above message box occurs after the installshield window appears.I already have oracle 8 and Personal Web Server installed on my system. Is the machine infected with a virus?Check for Adsgone popup killer and turn off/disable any similar type program.In general, kill as many running items as possible. Do a fresh reboot of the machine before install.Check the path for the TEMP variable and make sure it points to an existing folder.Disk Space available?Is it possible the Setup.exe is damaged? I really appreciate it.I copied the Setup.exe and Setup.ins from the CD to the central workstation and was able to install the SQL properly. The files and size of the folder are exactly the same as another Win98 PC that works properly.I finalized the installation of the workstation but now I have the following message:"File Access Denied. Access violation at address 00402EBC in module TP5WDBA.EXE. Read of address FFFFFFFF".TP5WDBA is the exec
