I am able get through the installation process (100%) until i get the following error message: The installation has reinstall norton encountered an error and is unable to continue An Error report has been created that you can send to Symantec. We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous. It will not be correlated with any personally identifiable information. To send this report to Symantec now, click send (recommended) I have tried to install many times and conmtinue to get this message. The operating system i am using is Windows Vista. I have preivously had an older version of Norton installed which i replaced with a Mcafee product and would now like to use Norton 2011. Just out of interest i tried t install the trial norton 2012 trial version, encountering the very same error message.
