First, please check your contacts, and be sure you have the area code programmed in to your phone, but not the "1" at the start of the number. For example, the number should show as 222-555-4321, and should *not* be programmed as 1-222-555-4321. Like Show 0 Likes(0) Actions 2. Re: SMS Error Cause Code 65535 Error Class 3 Verizon Wireless Customer Support Apr 13, 2014 2:46 PM (in response to Tallon4) If your messages are still not working, try deleting your text history, and see if messages will begin to go through then. Finally, you can go to Settings>Apps>All>Messaging>Clear cache & Clear data. Power phone off/on, and try again. Please let us know if this clears up the error you are getting! 0 I have Googled this exact problem and the limited information regarding how to alleviate this issue was utterly unhelpful, as http://androidforums.com/threads/sms-error-65535-consistently.712015/ it does not apply to me. There are no country codes preceding http://drippler.com/drip/verizon-htc-droid-dna-problems-most-common-problems-users-are-complaining-about my contact numbers and there never have been. - I send a lot of text messages daily. As of roughly 2130 yesterday, or 18 April 0230 UTC, I can no longer send messages. I can receive them without trouble, both SMS and MMS. I cannot send them. I sms error see only this (big screenshot image): Spoiler Do note the full 5 bars of 4G LTE service coverage. I'm a computer programmer, so the number 65535 seems to indicate some kind of overflow error or upper bound / index bound exception as it is the maximum value of an int primitive in C-based languages (2^32 -1). But the internet says differently droid dna sms - in fact it says nothing helpful. For months, the phone has been extraordinarily slow sending messages and also displaying received messages. It takes between 30 and 60 seconds to display a message on the screen, about the same time to send it from the time I touch "Send," and up to a minute for the app to even open and load. I use HTC Swipe for input, and the lag has become practically impossible to deal with. I know, I know, I should go to the Verizon store. I would prefer not to have to demonstrate the problem, as it would potentially involve showing the Verizon associate the content of my text messages, which is unfortunately out of the question at the moment. It's either business or personal, all quite legal, just so we're clear... Again, as of today, I am unable to send text messages at all. I have attempted to message several people: iPhone 5 on Verizon iPhone 5 on AT+T Pantech something-or-other (non-Android) on AT+T, whom I text very frequently Nokia Lumia (Windows phone, I think) o

Others call it a muscle phone because it has a quad-core processor, has lots of RAM, big display with high resolution, 4G and NFC support. It is a great phone, however, it also has some errors and problems users have been complaining since its release in November 2012. What we are trying to accomplish here is to provide some sort of support for owners who may had their shares of disappointments over recurring problems and whatnot. Verizon Droid DNA No SIM Card Error When you Verizon's tech reps, you would probably be told there is no "known issues" about the Droid DNA. Partly, that's true. In order for issues to be considered "known" there should be thousands, if not millions, of people calling the hotline asking help for the same problem. Otherwise, it would be considered an "isolated case." The Droid DNA No SIM Card Issue exists; it's not just as popular as other problems. Neither Verizon nor HTC provide an explanation why this problem happens but according to reports from users who have experienced it, out of the blue the phone says a SIM card not detected or inserted. Luckily, it's not really a serious problem, it's just annoying. A reboot can often fix this problem. Yes, I may sound like a tech rep advising callers to reboot their phones almost every time an error occur but I want you to understand a reboot is a powerful thing. When an error occurs while the phone on, it could be some system files failed to function the way they should be, in this case, it could be a file handling the detection of the SIM card. If reboots cannot fix it take the SIM card out and reinsert it. One more reboot to see if this solves the problem. If not, then you should back up all your important data and reset the phone to its Factory Settings (also called Hard Reset). Verizon started rolling out an OTA update about a couple of days ago. Try to download and update your device as it is believed to be containing bug fixes. And so far, owners who have already updated their devices said the No SIM Card Error is gone. But if the problem persists even after this, cal
