I can send a small number of emails but as soon as I try to send more than 10 emails at the same time, Outlook thinks it has sent them but in fact they never arrive at their destination. I have this problem on 3 PCs. On one PC I get .... Error : "Your email message to [.....] with the subject [....] was unable to be sent ..." (1003,9). The emails can be very small and the problem still happens. Turning email scanning and antispam off doesn't help. This problem was reported in another message on 13th November 2008 on this board called Error message 1003,9 Does anyone have a resolution?
