FVS338 at each end then I can browse from the host and install the printer and it will function fine. The problem is that the remote doesn't usually have a FVS338 on site. I'm assuming that it's not a driver problem so it must have something to do with the RDP. I've tried disabling EasyPrint in the Remote's Group Policy in the vague hope that would work - it didn't! Can't see anything relevant in the event logs. Can anyone point me in the right direction? There will also be events noted for any printer that doesn't have the sufficeint drivers installed, these events will be errors, while the rest will be regular informational.
