Medium Error L Ec Uncorrectable Error
2005 Location: Northern Ireland Posts: 13,106 An uncorrectable error usually indicates a physical problem with the disc (scratches, dirt etc.) so try washing the disc with soap and water or cleaning it gently with either isopropyl alcohol or methylated spirits. In addition to this, DVD Decrypter is very outdated now and can't cope with the latest copy protections so I'd recommend switching to more up to date software such as DVDFab, AnyDVD or BDlot DVD ISO reason l ec uncorrectable error Master.AnyDVD is a commercial ripper, DVDFab is a full movie copying package with a freeware ripping component and BDlot DVD ISO Master is a freeware ripper that generates ISOs. I've tried it on my NEC dvd-rom and get the same problems. Can anyone help me out on this one? I've no problems with any ec uncorrectable error other dvd. I've checked the dvd itself and there's no damage, scuff, or scratches at all. The condition is near perfect so it can't be a physical thing right? I've also tried the latest shrink and it'll give me an error just trying to load the dvd. Share Share this post on Digg Del.icio.us Technorati Twitter Facebook Reddit! Clean it real good (Try cleaning it with toothpaste), then try to rip it again. Share Share this post on Digg Del.icio.us Technorati Twitter Facebook Reddit! 24
