trying to backup my contacts from my Droid Razr HD before switching to a new phone. It starts the "provisioning account" process. Then I get the message, "Verizon Cloud operation failed. Please verizon cloud not working try again (code 4001)"I have two email accounts on this phone, one a gmail account and one my work email account. I have the same problem, regardless of which account I choose.Any assistance would be welcomed. I need to return the old phone soon, or I'll be charged for the new one.Thanks a lot! I can answer all of your questions. Are you connected to Wi-Fi or our network when syncing your device when you get this error message? I recommend that you delete any unwanted information on your device before performing the sync to Cloud. You can delete an unwanted pictures, videos, documents, text messages and call logs. Please be advised that all this information is transferable to the cloud. Once you've cleaned out this information, disable Wi-Fi and try to sync again. Keep us posted. It has nothing to do with reception, and I am always able to connect immediately back up. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this may be happening? Or at least explain to me what a PPP server is? It's an older protocol that's generally used to connect two points together over a physical link like a phone line.
