The products that can be affected by this are iTunes, Windows Vista, Windows XP, and Windows 2000. In some cases, downloading iTunes using a different web browser may resolve this issue. Remove all copies of iTunesSetup.exe from this computer and then open Internet Explorer. 2. Choose Tools |Delete Browsing History from the toolbar at the top of the screen. 3. Check the "Temporary Internet Files" box then click Delete at the bottom of the page. 4. Click Close. 5. Quit Internet Explorer and then re-open it. 6. Download and install iTunes again. If the issue persists, try the following steps: Locate and remove all copies of QuickTimeInstaller.exe that have been downloaded. Download the latest version of QuickTime without iTunes first. Make sure you can open QuickTime Player before moving on to the next step. Download the latest version of iTunes. When prompted if you want to run or save iTunesSetup.exe, click Run.
