Delete all of the versions of the iTunes installation program from your computer. Get rid of any file that says "iTunes Setup" in it. Then download a new win32 application copy. When prompted, Save the file to the Desktop instead of running or opening the file. Internet Explorer users may need to clear the file from their temp files.
