Eclipse Xml Editor Plugin
Application and just now it craches and I can't view or write any xml file. The error appears while openning the Eclipse is as follow: Android XML Editor Error:The file dose not exist here are snapshots of my errors: thank you, android xml eclipse share|improve this question edited Mar 10 '13 at 13:40 asked Mar 10 '13 at 13:21 proR 1828 add a comment| 4 Answers 4 active oldest votes up vote 4 down vote I had a eclipse xml editor not working similar problem and solved it by taking following steps 1) Opened a project whose XML file was working correctly. 2) Closed the XML files which were getting error of the previous project. 3) Restarted the Eclipse. (:w works well.) keforbes commented Nov 6, 2012 I just tried doing :q on a maven pom.xml file and an ant xml editor build.xml file and they both worked fine. Pom.xml files have an issue with undo (#86) so I thought the two might be related. Guess not. Can you check Eclipse's error log and see if there's a stack trace for vrapper towards the bottom? Or can you find what steps are required to reproduce this other than just using an xml file? So far I can't reproduce the issue. No error log :( I uninstalled some eclipse plugins and I found that the problem was Android Development Tool plugin. (my version is 20.0.3) (See http://developer.android.com/sdk/installing/installing-adt.html for more info.) It is required for android development so I think this issue happens for all android developers. 2012/11/7 keforbes
