I have disconnected both Computers from the Homegroup and started a new homegroup and have connected both to it. The My Documents folder on the second Computer is located on a seperate drive ie D:\My Documents. I have right clicked and allowed it to share with Homegroup. When I go to my computer it now shows in the list in the homegroup but when I try to access it I get the error - 'You have permission to do not have permission to access \\Computer name\My Documents Contact your network administrator to request access." This is so frustrating because this has only recently happened and I have had no problem accessing them in the past. One thing I have noticed is that both computers only show Access as Internet as opposed to Local and Internet. Allow from all would open the database to the public. The real problem is that WAMP is binding to an IPv6 address on your version of Windows. To fix just add Allow from ::1 in c:\wamp\alias\phpmyadmin.conf
