Receiving and sending new messages work fine. Computer is Windows XP professional, with Outlook 2000 and OE/IE version 6.0.2900 (versions match). Errors are as follows. "A TCP/IP error occurred while trying to send data to the server. Error number 0x800ccc13" "The SMTP server responded with an error. https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/23047504/Can't-send-reply-emails-from-Outlook-2000-SMTP-and-Winsock-errors.html Error number 0.800ccc60" I have tried the following remedies: - check to ensure Outlook Express and Internet Explorer versions match (they do) - Reset the TCP/IP stack (impossible to uninstall, but reset with Microsoft's instructions) - Disable Norton Anti Virus and remove Yahoo toolbar. This problem appears to affect only replies, not new messages. SMTP and POP3 settings are correct. The same server/settings works for other users. Errors have occurred for approximately two weeks. No new software was installed but who knows about those sneaky Microsoft updates.
