I receive this HTTP 500 internal server error and then the above error message when I have logged into my insurance companys protected website. I can log into it on my husbands laptop though. I did have some problems with malware 500 internal awhile back and went through this site to clean it up but I never tried logging into this site until recently. I did an update on java before as well. Doesn't make sense that I can log in but when I try to access anything that is when I get the error message, but not when I go through another computer. Any ideas would be appreciated. Also, I have no clue where 500 internal error I should have posted this??? Sorry Thanks for your time. liketolearn, Dec 4, 2009 #1 Sponsor Freemorrison Joined: Nov 29, 2009 Messages: 503 Are you using the new internet explorer 7or Chrome or Fire Fox? Go to www.Java.com and download latest freedownload version. Restart. You are all set. I hope this helps. If you want a good uninstaller to use - that's free there'
