of 1 SIP response 500 Internal Server error by henkoegema » Sat Dec 15, 2007 8:41 sip/2.0 500 server internal error am For some time I've been using betamax Voipraider. Since a few days, I can't connect anymore. During a call setup I get: -- Executing [002348068338xxx@default:14] Dial("Zap/1-1",

"SIP/voipraiderqueen-out/002348068338xxx") in new stack -- Called voipraiderqueen-out/002348068338xxx -- Got SIP response 500 "Internal server error" back from 194.221.62.198 <---------- -- SIP/voipraiderqueen-out-08213720 is circuit-busy == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0) -- Executing [002348068338xxx@default:15] Congestion("Zap/1-1", "") in new stack == Spawn extension (default, 002348068338xxx, 15) exited non-zero on 'Zap/1-1' -- Hungup 'Zap/1-1' Also when sip 500 error using a softphone (SJphone) I get error message: Server Internal errorCall rejected:500 Internal server error. <------ I contacted Voipraider helpdesk and got following response: This is a hardware problem, most likely with your modem or router. Please contact your supplier on this matter.Kind regards,Customer service For me it's difficult to believe that it is a hardware problem, because when I use other betamax providers such as voipbuster and Poivy, I do NOT get these error messages. Neither with Asterisk nor with a softphone. Only Voipraider is (now) causing this problem. (b.t.w. voipraider works fine with their own client.) Cisco Cube Sip/2.0 500 Internal Server Error
and I see the call hitting the CLI (turned on debug also). It is
Sip 503 Service Unavailable
routing properly. However, it cannot connect to my softphone extension. SJPhone complains about cannot negotiate codec. I am using chandave's instructions. I even tried allowing all but then I get a strange conversation that sounds like crossed lines. Not sure what to post to diagnose; however, I noticed this after the call disconnects: asterisk1*CLI> <-- http://forums.asterisk.org/viewtopic.php?p=62045 SIP read from 206.165.50.116:5060: SIP/2.0 500 Internal Server Error Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 192.168.0.122:5060;branch=z9hG4bK7b3a9747;rport=5060 From:
