2011 16:06:10 -0500 This is my first time working with API and I have an issue with my program where I'm receiving a HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error. I have gone over the
Http 1.1 500 Internal Server Error Soapui
code and debug log multiple times and am not able to find http 1.1 500 internal server error web service what is causing the issue. I have attached my WSDL, program, and error log hoping someone else

2009 11:16:40 -0400 I have written a program (program-A) that uses http_post_xml() and returns results as expected. I wrote two others that call this program, one RPGLE program (program-B) that displays the data on my green screen, and another SQLRPGLE program (program-C) that returns the data via a results set. The RPGLE process works perfectly (program-B calls program-A and displays the data in a subfile). The SQLRPGLE process does not work (program-C calls program-A). I am testing this process using iSeries Navigator. From iSeries https://scottklement.com/archives/ftpapi/201104/msg00054.html Navigator, I call a stored procedure, whose associated external program is the SQLRPGLE program (program-C). The process is not bombing, it simply returns an error after executing the http_post_xml() statement (I execute http_crash() as in the example that I cloned). The value of rc is 500. I do have debug turned on; that is, http://www.scottklement.com/archives/ftpapi/200909/msg00009.html creating a log on the IFS. The message in the IFS log is "SetError() #13: HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error". The entire log is attached. Any advice is appreciated. Created a message flow. Mqinput->HttpRequest-->compute-->Mqoutput The Mqinput nodes takes the SoapRequest message and sends it 500 internal to the HTTPRequest node. At the HTTPRequest node, message is propogated from the error terminal giving "X-Original-HTTP-Status-Line = HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error" in HTTPResponseHeader. I had tested the webservice in WSAD and the SoapResponse message is being generated successfully. What might be the reason for the error in MessageBroker ? Thanks in advance. So your request is not well formed for the service you're invoking._________________I am *not* the model of the modern major general. As i'm able to get the expected Soap response using WSAD, the same input message should work fine within MB. I tried in the following ways to resolve the error. But, in vain 1) Sent the same message as it is to HTTPRequest 2) Placed a compute node (between Mqinput and HttpRequest)and removed mqmd headers Are there any specific headers we need to add to the incoming message before sending it to HTTPRequest node ? You probably won't make any progress on this until you ask the server side what they don't like about the message from Broker._________________I am *not* the model of the modern major general.
